Upper Clutha Basin
We provided landscape advice and strategy for Lake McKay Station’s proposal to subdivide a sensitive rural site into seven allotments and identify six building platforms.
Located in the Upper Clutha Basin, the site was partially in an Outstanding Natural Landscape.
Our advice included a landscape assessment and structural landscape plan, resulting in a landscape led-design in which building platforms and future buildings fitted discreetly within the landscape.
