We assisted Wooing Tree in obtaining a Private Plan Change concerning part of the Rural Resource Area 6, within the Central Otago District Plan.

This change enabled the family-owned vineyard to transform its surrounding land into a boutique living and lifestyle space, featuring community amenities, light commercial activity and prime residential lots.
