We obtained resource consents for a new retail and commercial development on a key central block in downtown Queenstown.

The development had two street frontages and faced onto Earnslaw Park, the very centre of Queenstown.

The proposal included presenting to the Council’s urban design panel and obtaining affected party approvals from adjoining properties.
