Crown Terrace - Subdivision in an Outstanding Natural Landscape.
We obtained resource consent to subdivide two lots into three allotments and create two new building platforms with associated earthworks and landscaping.
As the site is located in a rural zone adjoining an Outstanding Natural Landscape, the possible effects on the landscape were a key consideration.
We approached the proposal through a combined planning and landscape approach. This landscape design-led approach helped us gain resource consent for the building platforms and dwellings that satisfied the strict tests set out in the District Plan.
The notified consent was granted with no submissions or a hearing and resulted in a successful proposal which respected the character of the site.View all projects
